“When my husband and I initially listed our home in HB, we went with an extremely very well know agent, that we only got to meet once. From then on we could never talk to or see him. We had to deal with his assistant. The only time we met the agent was the initial meeting and setting the list price of our home. Of course, he catered to our ego and was so far above the other agents price, we felt he must know what he's talking about. However, within a couple of weeks, they said we had to reduce our listing price to what other agents we interviewed had said was realistic for the area, square footage, etc. Diana is not that type of agent. Needless to say, we quickly ended that listing and listed with Diana. She is extremely honest, hard working, knowledgeable, and is available to show you property and answer questions and be there for you throughout the whole overwhelming process of selling and/or buying a property. It is hard to believe she is able to do all this and not pass you off to an assistant, such as many other agents feel they need to do. And she does all of this with such a great temperament!
