Diana is very active in the community and involved in numerous volunteer activities and fundraisers. Currently, she participates in Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure, The American Cancer Society Relay for Life Jog-a-thon, Easter care packages for the military, Homes for Heros/Habitat for Humanity, Christmas presents and school supplies for needy children. She loves being a part of the First Christian family. In her spare time, she enjoys running, biking, triathlons, surfing, basically just being outdoors! One of her favorite pastimes is running along the beach with her beautiful weimaraner.
Christen King
Christen is the CEO/Owner of PK Real Estate and is in control of the technical operations of the company including the website, social media and marketing. She has 20 years experience in Real Estate helping buyers, sellers and investors. Her background includes 10 years as a project engineer in the Oil and Pipeline industry. She has experience presenting in corporate meetings and managing large construction projects to completion. She brings that extra technical know how and client awareness to guide you through any real estate endeavors. Christen is a professional cyclist and was on the USA National Track Team and was on the "long list" for the 2008 Olympics. She is a National Champion for the women's scratch race on the track. She enjoys traveling with all over the world and learning about different cultures. She loves exercising outdoors and being involved in the community especially with First Christian Church, Collette's Home and Habitat for Humanity. She volunteers her time and money to give presents to needy children at Christmas, chocolate bars to our brave soldiers for Easter, medicine for families in third world countries, and participates in the Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure to name a few. Some of her hobbies include surfing and taking pictures of the Huntington Beach sunsets.

- Forward rent to owner
- Handle tenant problems
- On-site handling of emergencies
- On-site supervision of major repairs
- Preparation of necessary forms including notice to quit, change of terms, three-day pay or quit, etc.
- Provide written report of any hazardous conditions or unusual events observed at the property
- Obtain competitive bidding on all repairs over $500
- Prepare checks for expenses in a timely manner
- Provide yearly accounting of income and expenses for tax preparation
